Roberta Sant

Marketing professional Roberta Sant has joined Hili Ventures as Head of Digital Strategy.

This move comes days after Ms Sant revealed that she is parting ways with Evolution – where she had spent two years serving as Digital Content Lead and Employer Branding & Communications Lead.

“After almost 2 years at Evolution it’s time for me to say goodbye and move on to my next challenge,” Ms Sant wrote on social media.

“It has been an adventure… well more of a roller coaster ride so far, and as I am sad to leave, I am also excited that everything I have learnt during this time will help to shape the rest of my career,” she added.

The newly appointed Head of Digital Strategy went on to say how her experience at Evolution helped improve the way she thinks about the industry and marketing in general.

“Thanks to Evolution colleagues and its leaders for empowering me to do things differently wherever and whenever I could,” she noted.

“I have learnt a lot as a professional and as a person. Both positives and negatives. I have built lasting friendships with colleagues that I will for sure continue to cherish,” Ms Sant wrote.

Hili Ventures, Ms Sant’s new place of work, is a Malta-based group of companies engaged in multi-sited activities with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, marine and engineering, and technology, among other sectors.

The group’s operations extend to 10 countries across Central, Eastern, and Western Europe and North Africa.

The group comprises seven subsidiaries: Premier Capital, 1923 Investments, Hili Properties, HV Hospitality, HV Marine, Hili Finance, and Cobalt.

Ms Sant’s new position at Hili Ventures is one of her highest career achievements to date, and it follows a number of marketing-related posts she held throughout her career.
