Gzira-based iGaming operator Acroud announced the appointment of Roderick Attard as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr Attard had joined Acroud back in July 2020 as Head of Finance. Prior to this, he held several managerial roles at Highlight Media Group, KPMG Malta, and KPMG Channel Islands.

Acroud highlighted how Mr Attard’s “profound industry knowledge and background as an auditor at KPMG” will “drive the company’s financial performance and operations.”

“I am very happy to strengthen the management team with internal upcoming talents as Roderick,” Acroud CEO Robert Andersson said.

“At the same time, I thank Gustav for his work over the last three years. We wish Gustav the best of luck in his new endeavours simultaneously as we are preparing for an exciting time with future rapid growth,” he concluded.

Acroud operates and develops over 30 comparison and news sites within poker, sports betting, and casino and runs the global poker tournament ‘The Festival Series’.

The company also offers SaaS (Software as a Service) and BaaS (Business as a Service) solutions for the iGaming affiliate industry.
