Roxanne Clarke has been promoted to Head of Academy at outsourcing and HR firm Ozo Group.

Set up in 2014, Ozo Academy is a fully certified training centre that operates from Ozo Group’s Business Centre in Qormi.

It offers a wide variety of courses conducted by internationally trained tutors, while each course’s certification is recognised by Malta Further & Higher Education Authority.

Ms Clarke’s journey with Ozo Group began in 2018 when she joined as a Group Training Executive.

In June of this year, she was awarded the promotion, which was announced on Friday (today).

As of 2019, all 1,800 Ozo Group employees were given the basic course in their line of work regardless of how long they have been with the Group, according to the Ozo Academy website.

The entire Ozo Group today boasts some 10 companies within its portfolio, employing around 3,000 staff members across its units.
