Ryan Buttigieg, former COO of local lending institution Finance House, has replaced James Zammit as CEO of the company.
Mr Buttigieg joined Finance House as COO in 2019. Prior to that appointment, he held several managerial positions in a variety of companies, including but not limited to Cars Unlimited Malta, Motors Inc Limited, and Cars International Limited.
The CEO’s predecessor, Mr Zammit, founded Finance House in 2013 followed by Zammit Finance in 2015. He presently also occupies the roles of CEO at Agora Estates, CEO at Zammit Holdings, and UBO at Finance House.
Presently, Finance House provides a wide range of financing solutions including car loans, motor bike loans, boat loans, and various other personal loans. The company seeks to champion the pillars of flexibility, efficiency, and convenience.
Mr Zammit has read for an MSc in Marketing at the University of Leicester and holds an MBA from Henley Business School.
Finance House’s executive committee includes Audrey Hughes as Chief Corporate Affairs and Planning Officer, Anne Marie Zammit as Head of Human Resources, and Paula Gatt Baldacchino as Group Treasurer.
