CSB International Limited, CSB Group’s corporate services company, has appointed Sacha J. Farrugia and Franklin Cachia to its Board of Directors.
Mr Farrugia and Dr Cachia join Michael J. Zammit, Roger A. Strickland Jr., and Jean-Claude Cardona on the company’s Board.
With these new appointments, the company is ensuring that its board ‘has the right people with the required competencies and ability to give sound advice in any decision-making process’.
Mr Farrugia joined CSB in 2009 and currently heads the company’s corporate services unit that assists a portfolio of clients who have chosen to register their business under the Maltese Jurisdiction.
On the other hand, Dr Cachia joined the company in 2019 and currently heads its tax and regulated industries unit. He is a Lawyer by profession with areas of specialisation in taxation, financial services, virtual financial assets, anti-money laundering compliance, commercial and corporate, trust and foundations, and employment.
Dr Cachia also lectures in various seminars, conferences, and short courses and is a Member of the Board of Examiners at the University of Malta’s Faculty of Law.
