Henry Dimech

Henry Dimech announced the launch of his new venture, Consiulenza, after 21 years’ experience within the iGaming industry. He formed this company with Stephen Mifsud and together they offer IT, logistics and business development services within the sector.

Speaking to MaltaCEOs.mt about his new company, Mr Dimech admitted that setting up a new business is never easy, however, “after some much welcome family time, it felt like an opportune moment to take the challenge of assembling the concepts of an idea we’d had for a long time in establishing a boutique consultancy agency,” he stated.

“Seeking new pastures after 21 years would always be a challenge no matter what,” he added. However, despite the challenges, such an experience also leads to several lessons.

“Establishing a new business means having a strong vision of where you want your company to be,” Mr Dimech affirmed.

“I believe that without a clear idea of where you’re going, it can be difficult to get there but with the correct planning you can minimise the risks involved,” he concluded.

Between the two of them, Mr Dimech and Mr Mifsud bring a joint portfolio of experience within iGaming and IT. Having worked as a systems engineer and technician, Mr Mifsud brings the technical experience to the table, while Mr Dimech, who has been in iGaming for over two decades, brings a sound knowledge of the industry Consiulenza operates in.

Consiulenza is a network of individuals who believe in data-based principles and work ethic within iGaming, IT, Logistics and Business Development. The start-up aims to deliver bespoke solutions to those organizations that are ‘stuck’, don’t know where to start or need that extra push for that project on their wish list.
