Simon Naudi has been appointed Managing Director at International Hotel Investments plc (IHI), the hospitality company announced on Thursday (today). The appointment came into effect on the same day.

IHI owns commercial and hotel real estate across four continents, and operates companies including Corinthia Hotels Limited (CHL), Corinthia Developments Limited (CDI), and QPM Limited (QP). In Malta, it owns the iconic Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa, as well as Corinthia Oasis, Corinthia St George’s Bay, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Radisson Blu Resort, and Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort.

Mr Naudi is joining IHI’s Board of Directors, with executive responsibilities for the performance and growth of the hospitality company.

Due to this progression, IHI stated that it will “soon be announcing” the appointment of a new CEO for CHL. Mr Naudi had held the position for the past eight years.

Mr Naudi first joined Corinthia Group in a senior executive role in 1997, and served as Director on IHI’s Board of Directors from 2005 to 2015. Over the years, he has been responsible for business development, particularly hotel and real estate acquisitions and development.
