Simon Pantalleresco on Saturday announced that he has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at INDIS Malta.
While he made the announcement only recently, his appointment came into effect last month.
Prior to his new role, Mr Pantalleresco worked at Bank of Valletta plc (BOV) for over 20 years. He most recently served as Credit Risk Sanctioning Executive, and was Head of the Recoveries Department as well as Head of SME Finance.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking Finance & Corporate Finance from EU Business School and a Diploma in Management Studies in Business Administration and Management from University of Malta.
Mr Pantalleresco describes himself as being particularly skilled in treasury and asset management, among other things.
INDIS Malta is the largest operator of industrial parks in Malta and Gozo. It is responsible for the administration of Government-owned industrial parks and related facilities around Malta and Gozo, as well as supporting and promoting their further development. Last month, the entity announced the appointment of Jean Pierre Attard as Executive Chairperson, taking over from Keith Fenech.
