Stephanie Fabri

Economist Stephanie Fabri announced the launch of ‘Resilient Women: Conversations on Mastering Life’ – a book and documentary celebrating Maltese women.

Dr Fabri was involved in this project as an Editor, together with Associate Professor Andrew Azzopardi, Professor Vincent Cassar, and fellow Economist Kirsten Cutajar Miller.

“15 women from all walks of life, 15 incredible stories,” Dr Fabri wrote on social media.

“Both the book and documentary are a celebration of a host of life trajectories and narratives of women who, in spite of all life’s difficulties and often insurmountable obstacles, were still successful in what they set out to achieve by finding their own personal work and life balance,” she added.

Dr Fabri went on to confirm that said book will be sold “in all leading bookstores” from 18th November, whilst the documentary will be aired on TVM.

Editorial duties aside, Dr Fabri is a Freelance Economist specialising in entrepreneurship, strategic management, and public policy.

She also lectures at the University of Malta’s Department of Management within the Faculty of Economics Management and Accountancy.

Dr Fabri is a Board Member at the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA), Malta Stock Exchange (MSE), and MCESD Research Steering Unit. She serves as a Non-Executive Director at IZI Finance plc and Malta Dairy Products Ltd.
