Joseph Farrugia, Director of Attard-based HR company StreetHR, announced that the company’s long-standing Operations Manager, Maria Azzopardi, will be moving on.
“Time to bless and let go our dear colleague Maria Azzopardi to take her next step, after a spell of six years working with StreetHR,” Mr Farrugia wrote.
“Ms Azzopardi joined StreetHR when the start-up was still a concept, looking at the initial business set-up from registration to all that is required for a business to kick-off. During this time and ever after, Maria showed great dedication, commitment, and abilities to support the business from a 360-degree angle,” he continued.
The outgoing Operations Manager joined StreetHR back in 2015 as HR and Office Administrator. She held said role for three years, before being promoted to HR Services Manager. After just over two years, she was promoted one last time to Operations Manager.
“Apart from Office and Operations Management, Ms Azzopardi was also involved strategically and trusted in all aspects without reservations. She contributed with her ideas, gave her input, and helped to transform agreed direction into practice. She also treated the business as if it was her own, taking care of every aspect that she encountered,” Mr Farrugia added.
“She performed her duties in a humble way, low profile, and with a servant-leadership mentality. As an organisation, we take pride in helping people grow, develop, and prepare them for their next step. Whichever direction they go, they will always be part of our large family,” he continued.
Founded in 2015, StreetHR consists of a team of professionals that support Business Executives and Human Resources professionals within companies who want to take their business to the next level.
“We surely wish Ms Azzopardi all the very best, and I know she will continue to find success in the future and to make a difference in her next project. With love and respect from all the StreetHR team,” the Director concluded.
