Suzanne Stafrace

Tigné Mall plc on Monday announced that Suzanne Stafrace has resigned from her role as Non-Executive Director of the company.

This comes after HSBC Bank Malta’s sale of its stake in Tigné Mall. She departs after four months into the role, having only been appointed during last June’s Annual General Meeting.

She has also resigned from her position on Tigné Mall’s Audit Committee.

Tigné Mall thanked Ms Stafrace for her service during her time at the company, and also wished her well in her future endeavours.

Ms Stafrace is an experienced banker with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, particularly through her distinguished career at HSBC Bank Malta, where she is currently Head of Business Banking. She has held the position for the past three years.

She has worked in various areas at the bank both in personal banking and commercial banking, risk, and regulatory compliance, including as Regulatory Compliance Manager, Commercial Relationship Manager, and Deputy Area Commercial Manager, among other positions.

Ms Stafrace is a chartered banker and a Master of Business Administration graduate from University of Bangor in Wales, and is a member of the UK’s Chartered Banker Institute.

Tigné Mall is the company behind The Point Shopping Mall in Sliema which opened back in 2010, offering a wide array of retail brands to customers.
