Executives from public-private partnership Tech.mt visited an artistic collaboration at the Maltese embassy in Abu Dhabi, featuring exhibits co-created by a Maltese artist.
Tech.mt is a foundation established through a partnership between the Government of Malta and The Malta Chamber to promote the country’s national strategy for technology and innovation.
While attending the exhibition, Tech.mt Chairman Mark Bugeja, CEO Dana Farrugia, Senior Business Development Manager Isaac Sammut and Senior PR & Marketing Manager Rachel Baldacchino also discussed how the foundation is supporting artists and professionals working within the arts sector to expand their digital footprint.
Later in the day, the foundation held discussions with representatives from Hub71, a global tech ecosystem in the heart of Abu Dhabi that promotes the growth of start-ups.
The discussions focused on investment cooperation between Hub71 and Tech.mt, as well as opportunities for the local business community, particularly for startups.
The foundation said its mission was is in line with that of Hub 71, as both as strove to create a symbiotic environment between startups and investors.
