Melita Ltd Director of Business Services Malcolm Briffa on Sunday shared that he has graduated from University of Warwick with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

“That’s a wrap”, he said, before stating that he has closed an “amazing chapter” at the university.

Additionally, Mr Briffa shared that he is “stoked to receive the news” that he classified among the top 10 per cent of his graduating class.

“Fantastic ceremony by admin teams making it a memorable event,” he said.

“Best part was sharing this life chapter with some truly brilliant people from across the globe,” he noted.

This particular Global MBA has been ranked first in the world by The Financial Times Online MBA Ranking twice in the last three years, providing comprehensive understanding of the global business environment as well as different leadership skills.

Describing the degree, Mr Briffa explained that it helps “build an appreciation of different perspectives and viewpoints by learning with and from a diverse cohort”, that features regular personal interactions through which one can build a professional network and understand different cultures and work practices.

Mr Briffa has worked at Melita for over 15 years, having initially joined as Head of Marketing in 2008. He has served as Director of Business Services for the past seven years, being tasked with leading the Melita Business team and being responsible for product development, marketing, and distribution.

Aside from his most recent qualification, he also holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications and a Bachelor of Communications (Hons) in Communications & Informatics, both from University of Malta, as well as a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute.
