Vanessa Camenzuli, Global People Excellence and Engagement (GPEE) Manager at Evolution took to social media to commemorate her three-year anniversary at the company.
Ms Camenzuli started her journey at Evolution back in 2018 as an Employer Branding and Communication Manager. Just over two years later, she was promoted to her present role.
“Working for the leading online casino service provider is no easy task. It’s intense, demanding, and definitely not for the weak hearted,” Ms Camenzuli wrote.
“Despite this, in the past three years Evolution has given me a few ‘gifts’ that are not easy to come by,” she continued.
Ms Camenzuli’s role at Evolution sees her shaping the overall employee experience in line with the company’s overarching culture and employer brand.
“I have exceeded any foreseeable expectation of myself because I’ve felt empowered to go beyond my comfort zone. My skills have been recognized, and maximized, time and time again,” the GPEE Manager wrote.
“I am accepted for who I am – continuously given the opportunity to voice my views and put my mark on projects. I am blessed to work with superhero mummies, leading compassionately while balancing crazy business demands,” she continued.
Prior to her experience at Evolution, Ms Camenzuli built up a wealth of experience taking on various roles at a plethora of companies.
These include Advisor at KPMG Malta, Communications Executive at Hili Ventures, and Corporate Affairs Executive at Vodafone Malta.
“To constant change, endless challenges and learning opportunities, and working with many more incredible Evolutioneers around the world,” Ms Camenzuli concluded.
The GPEE Manager’s comments provide insight into a corporate environment that promotes employee satisfaction, growth, and thus, retention.
