Michael Bonello, CEO and Founder of Alliance Real Estates Malta marked the launch of the company’s sixth franchisee – Alliance by Steps Properties.

“Together we are always better. This growth benefits everyone and enables us to provide wider stakeholder satisfaction for our clients as well as for our people,” Mr Bonello said.

The CEO went on to thank the Alliance by Steps Properties Chief, Ina Pavlova, for her trust in the group, explaining that the company’s main objective is to create ‘effective synergies between Malta’s top real estate people.’

Alliance Letting COO, Abigail Simiana, also welcomed and congratulated Ms Pavlova, auguring that as much as she will surely benefit from joining the Alliance family, in return, her vast experience, connections, and skill-set ‘will be relevant contributors to the whole Group’s continued growth.’

Founded in 2020, Alliance is being built on the existent network of strategically located offices around Malta and on the wealth of knowledge, professional experience, and strong personal relationships of its founding partners.

Mr Bonello manages Alliance together with his team of partners, consisting of Paul Sammut, Gordon Valentino, Angelo D’Arrigo, Mario Gauci, Aidan Xuereb, Fabian Debono, Jay Jay Micallef, Brian Magri, Dylan Micallef, and Francois Spagnol.
