Amanda Xuereb

As she celebrates 10 years in the cosmetics industry, Beauty Trill Founder and Chief Business Development Officer at Toly Products Amanda Xuereb marks the milestone by sharing three important principles which have seen her through her first decade in an industry she is so passionate about.

“Persistence, positive attitude and perseverance are three important principles which have gotten me through the first ten years of my career, and what an awesome ride it has been,” Ms Xuereb says in a short video clip marking the occasion. “I have learnt a lot during these last ten years, and these learnings give me the strength and trust to move forward with confidence.”

Looking back on her journey, she writes, “who would have thought back when I was a student and won a scholarship to study in Hong Kong, that the job I took at Toly would be the beginning of a love relationship between myself, the cosmetics industry and International Business Development. I count my lucky stars every day that I am able to wake up and do something I love.”

Sharing her thoughts on social media, Ms Xuereb celebrates meeting “incredible people and professionals” which she has since come to call friends, as well as having launched her own start-up Beauty Trill, and mentoring some amazing entrepreneurs.

“I am so excited to see what the next 10 years have in store for me. Onwards and upwards.”
