APS Bank’s Zejtun branch has re-opened after undergoing renovations as part of the bank’s network transformation programme.
The new and improved interior offers clients a modernised premises with a more contemporary retail environment and a significantly enhanced customer experience.
“The increased facilities and improved services at this important branch go a long way in reaching out to our enlarged customer base in this part of Malta,” APS Bank Chief Banking Officer Anthony Buttigieg said.
“We are confident that the investment will continue making the banking experience simpler and more personal, in line with our community identity,” he continued.
Amongst other things, an entirely new floor has been added to the Zejtun branch’s premises, doubling the previous footprint to 247 square metres.
This addition permitted the private meeting rooms to be increased from two to six as well as the addition of a boardroom.
The bank noted that the revamped branch now sees customers being greeted in a good-sized lobby, with an interactive desk and semi-private meeting rooms.
He takes over from Alejandro Gosttuski, who will now take on the role of an Advisor.
The company, set to launch soon, will seek to provide clients with ‘customer-centric and innovative’ financial services.
