Vanessa Borg has joined international iGaming giant Evolution as Head of Human Resources (HR) for Malta, Belgium, and Spain.
Founded in Sweden in 2006, Evolution is nowadays a world-leader in product innovation and advanced IT-solutions for video streamed live casino. The company has offices in over 20 countries across five continents and employs over 13,000 workers.
Dr Borg took to social media to announce the news of her appointment.
The newly instated Head of HR holds a wealth of experience serving in people-centric senior roles.
Before joining Evolution, Dr Borg spent a year-and-a-half at Bank of Valletta (BOV) where she served as Chief People and Change Officer and People and Change Director.
Her previous experiences also include a two-and-a-half-year stint as Strategy Advisory Director at KPMG, four-and-a-half years as Chief Executive at Argus Insurance Agencies Ltd, and just over 10 years as Executive Director at Consultancy & Training Acumen Centre Ltd.
Earlier on, Dr Borg served as General Manager for Research and Development at Corinthia Hotels International.
The Head of HR also holds a Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Philosophy, and Doctorate in Business Administration from the Maastricht School of Management.
