Human Resources (HR) veteran Vincienne Sammut has joined Ta’ Xbiex-based gaming company Betsson Group as HR Business Partner.
Ms Sammut took to social media to celebrate her appointment.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Business Partner at Betsson Group. Happy to be joining such a fantastic HR team and an employer of choice,” she wrote.
The newly appointed HR Business Partner holds a wealth of experience in the industry.
Ms Sammut joins Betsson Group after just under two years at Shireburn Software, where she served as an HR Executive and, later on, as an HR Manager. Before that, she served as an HR Manager at an undisclosed company for a year.
Ms Sammut had also spent three years at AX Hotels, where she held three different roles within the company’s HR team. She joined said company as an HR Administrator for The Palace hotel in August 2016. After a year in said position, she was appointed HR Coordinator at the same establishment.
In October 2018, Ms Sammut was promoted to Assistant HR Manager for two of the company’s hotels – The Palace and The Victoria.
Her earlier experiences in the industry include a two-year tenure as Operations Team Member at the Malta International Airport and a short stint as an HR Trainee at Air Malta.
