Epic has announced that it has become the first telecommunications company in Malta to reach 100,000 pay monthly mobile subscribers.

“We thank our customers for trusting Epic and choosing to get on this journey with us. We have been investing greatly in pay monthly plans and our service for both consumer and businesses since the launch of the Epic brand late last year,” explained CEO Tamas Banyai, affirming, “seeing the great take-up of such plans is confirmation from our customers signalling that we’re moving in the right direction. Their trust encourages the Epic team to continue with its 40 million Euro investment to build the strongest network ever.”

More recently, Epic also launched a limited time offer for its youth customers, whereby anyone under the age of 29 can benefit from Epic’s unlimited data plan for the reduced price of €19.99; gaining access to unlimited data with 4.5G speed, calls, and SMS locally.

“Youth are our future, and we want to ensure to support them in navigating what might be the most financially stressful period of their life. Whether they are still studying with only a stipend for income, or whether they’re planning to purchase their first home, our youth plans available give young people the opportunity to benefit fully from all that Epic has to offer, while paying less,” said Mr Banyai added.
