Liam Pace, Co-Founder at KastellVP, took to social media to celebrate the business skills training company’s first anniversary.

“A year ago, KastellVP was born… and what a year full of great experiences and rewarding moments it has been,” Mr Pace began.

“70 business coaching sessions later, with an average rating of nine out of ten, a very big thank you goes to all our clients who have entrusted us with helping them address challenging situations and for being open and vulnerable in the process. As one client recently pointed out, ‘you cannot expect better results if you keep doing what you’ve always done’,” he continued.

Mr Pace and fellow Co-Founder Simon Vella had set up KastellVP in 2021 with the sole purpose of coaching Owners of small and medium businesses to help them take their business to the next level.

The two are propelled by their mission to transform 500 businesses by 2030.

“Launching the KastellVP brand and online presence, also thanks to the awesome collaboration with the Growth Gurus team, was another great milestone achieved and we look forward to continue building on this over this upcoming year,” Mr Pace added.

“Helping business owners and their leadership team achieve their dreams is very rewarding and fills us with courage for the years ahead, however, we must admit that completing the project to host three Ukrainian families in Malta was equally rewarding,” he continued.

Prior to launching KastellVP, Mr Pace spent 12 years working at ICT Solutions. He started off serving as Commercial Services Manager only to be promoted to Chief Commercial Officer after around six-and-a-half years.

Mr Pace served in said capacity for just over five years before branching out and launching KastellVP.

“We’re so excited for the year ahead and we look forward to continue helping business owners create a business they love leading and a life they love living,” the Co-Founder concluded.
