Janine Mallia, Founder of UK-based property and lifestyle service company Bridge London, took to social media to mark the entity’s first anniversary.

Ms Mallia boasts a wealth of experience in the British hospitality industry, having held a plethora of senior roles at London-based hotels.

Through Bridge London, Ms Mallia and her team of employees seek to cater to overseas clients’ needs, be it for travel-related matters, property investments, or even something as simple as making a hotel or restaurant reservation.

“It’s been one year since I started Bridge London, and what a year it’s been. So many ups and downs and testing times, but all were teaching moments,” Ms Mallia wrote.

“I started this company to fulfil a dream of mine, and it’s been very rewarding to see where we are today. From starting this journey on my own to being a team of two people who work tirelessly each day to make sure that we deliver the best experience possible for our clients,” she continued.

Before launching Bridge London, Ms Mallia served as a Luxury Lifestyle Manager at TownHouse Concierge in the UK. The Founder has been building up experience in the UK’s hospitality industry since 2010, when she joined Red Carnation Hotels as Guest Services Host.

Over the following decade, she consistently worked her way up in the industry,   having served as Senior Guest Experience Manager and Rooms Division Manager at The Montcalm Luxury Hotels, Front of House Manager at Brown’s Hotel, and Deputy Director of Front of House at Corinthia Hotels Limited.
